Mortal Kombat 1 had a good reception and has continued to grow ever since. Especially when it comes to its roster. Increasingly wide, more diverse, its players can’t complain about not having a character they want to play with. Even if there have been some small delays in the arrival of some of them.

NetherRealm has announced that Peacemaker will arrive in Mortal Kombat 1 on February 28th. This will follow other guest characters, such as Omni-man, in making a place for themselves in this roster full of already legendary characters among fighting games. Although fans were expecting it to be released earlier, and February 28th is the early access release date, we won’t have to wait much longer to embody the most famous character of John Cena.

In addition, there are rumors that Peacemaker may arrive alongside a Kameo Fighter. A fighter returning from the Mortal Kombat franchise, but is not yet present. But we still don’t have official confirmation about it.

What is confirmed are the next six characters that are about to be released. Ermac and Homelander will arrive in spring, Takeda Takahashi in summer, and Mavado, Ferra and Janet Cage at some point in 2024 without confirmation.
