Mortal Kombat 1 has been with us for less than two months, but hardcore fans have already played it extensively. If you’re among them, or if you simply want a breath of fresh air in your roster of fighters, get ready because in a few days, you’ll be able to play with a character like no other.

Omni-Man, the cruelest “superhero” from the Invincible series, will be available for sale on November 9th, both as a standalone character and as part of the Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat 1. To get the excitement building, NetherRealm Studios released a new trailer this week in which we see our “bad-boy Super-Man” (without laser beams) delivering beatdowns to several fighters.

In addition to showcasing his combat skills, including several feints that will leave more than one fighting game fan in awe, the new Omni-Man trailer also introduces Tremor, a ninja with the supernatural power to control the earth, who will be the first Kameo fighter included in the Kombat Pack.

In the trailer, you can see how Omni-Man and Tremor team up to deliver a good beating to Raiden, Kenshi, and Kung Lao with swift and powerful moves (as it couldn’t be otherwise), to the point that Omni-Man unleashes his rage in one of his Fatalities in a somewhat… visceral way (do you remember the famous train scene from Invincible? It’s back, and even more gruesome).

And this is just the beginning. In addition to Omni-Man, the Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack will feature classic Mortal Kombat characters such as Quan Chi, Ermac, and Takeda, along with main characters from other popular series like Patriot (Homelander) and the Peacemaker, who will arrive in the coming months and will not leave anyone indifferent.
