Netflix is on a roll. Just yesterday, the streaming platform released the trailer for one of the most anticipated series for years: One Hundred Years of Solitude. And to add to that, there is the success of Baby Reindeer, a fiction that has been conquering both critics and audiences alike in recent weeks.
To make matters worse, the VOD service has just released the trailer for A Man in Full, a series that has already been dubbed as “The Netflix’s Succession“, and it is created by none other than David E. Kelley, the showrunner of Big Little Lies (HBO Max). The trailer already makes it clear what it’s all about:
Jeff Daniels in a state of grace
This miniseries adapts the homonymous novel by the famous journalist Tom Wolfe, and stars the wonderful Jeff Daniels. It tells the story of Charlie Croker, a real estate magnate whose power is threatened by a sudden bankruptcy, various conflicts of interest, and several important people who enjoy his downfall. A Man in Full is the downfall of a businessman who had it all, but gradually falls into a plot that ends up betraying him.
