You may not have heard, but in 2025 the people at Rockstar are going to release a new Grand Theft Auto, it will be called GTA 6. The anticipation is huge, being the most anticipated game of the last ten years. That’s why we’re not surprised by the news we bring you today.

Last year, the American studio finally released their first GTA 6 trailer, which quickly broke records on YouTubeand became the most viewed video in 24 hours (that wasn’t a music video), reaching an astonishing 90 million views on its first day.

But, since that trailer, which you can see below, we haven’t had any more official updates on the game’s status. So fans have turned to new ways to get their GTA 6 fix away from Rockstar by recreating the trailer as a live-action video. And it’s pretty good.

An incredible job that looks like a real Rockstar trailer

This live-action GTA 6 video comes from Andrew Levitt’s YouTube channel, and it is a very faithful version of Rockstar’s original trailer.

In addition to the most scenic shots, Levitt’s video uses images from the real world (including the Joker from Florida) and actors in various roles, which have then been edited to recreate the GTA 6 announcement trailer.

In another video documenting the work done by Levitt and his YouTube colleagues, the creator explains that they traveled to Miami to “locate all the trailer locations and capture exactly the same scenes in real life.”

Levitt pointed out that there are 46 individual shots in the Rockstar video that the team had to recreate. The final work is of exquisite quality, undoubtedly the fans do whatever it takes to continue providing content for this highly anticipated game.
