Available on Crunchyroll, this 13-episode series blends action and love in a unique and very effective way. A slightly spicy anime
Engage Kiss transports us to Veyron City, an artificial island in the Pacific Ocean used to exploit the natural resources of the area through new sources of energy. But one of these new resources, orgonium, has unleashed a series of disasters caused by demonic creatures that constantly attack the city.
In this context, the three protagonists of the story appear, who also star in the love triangle that triggers everything: Shū, the leader of one of the energy source extraction companies, the demon Kisara, who works in his office, and Ayano, Shū’s ex-girlfriend who will not give up easily.
Obviously, in this series, the fight against demons is the least important thing, but it is surprising the good quality of the action in the middle of a fiction that attracts much more attention for the romance that surrounds everything.
