This game was released on the same day as Oblivion Remastered and has decided to be relaunched a week later
It's the problem of shadow drops: it kills any planned release that isn't its own

On April 22, the world of video games was shaken by the unexpected release of Oblivion Remastered, a remastering of one of Bethesda’s most iconic titles. The arrival of the game not only surprised players but also overshadowed other titles that coincided with its release date. Among them is Post Trauma, an indie survival game created by Red Soul, which also debuted on the same day, but whose attention was quickly absorbed by the titanic release of Oblivion.
A game that is being relaunched to regain traction
In response to this fierce competition, the editor of Post Trauma, Raw Fury, opted for a humorous approach, announcing a “spiritual re-release” for June 23 titled Post Trauma: The Re-Release Except We’re Not Un-Releasing It First, And It’s Pretty Much the Same. This event will include giveaways, streams, and a series of celebrations, giving fans a new opportunity to enjoy the game, with the promise of doing it “after finishing Oblivion,” as they mentioned in a promotional video.
Other titles that were also affected by this release include Starless Abyss, a Lovecraft-inspired roguelike, which made its debut on April 25, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, released on April 24. Despite initial fears of being overshadowed by Oblivion Remastered, Clair Obscur has performed remarkably well, selling over a million copies in just three days. According to recent data, Oblivion Remastered has been enjoyed by approximately 4 million players, reaffirming its impact on the market and the renewed interest in the universe of The Elder Scrolls.
