Bandai Namco has released a demo today of the upcoming action RPG and open world game called Sand Land. And we will explain how you can play this game for free at home.

Developed by ILCA, the same studio that created One Piece Odyssey, Sand Land is based on a manga created in 2000 by Akira Toriyama, the famous artist of Dragon Ball who passed away earlier this month.

Given the recent passing of the legendary artist, the game, which is set to be released in five weeks, will be even more special for fans of the Japanese artist.

How to download the demo and what it offers to players

The demo only includes a limited part of the explorable world. There is also no story, but you can take a look at playable characters like Belzebub, Rao, and Thief, as well as vehicles like the Tank, the Combat Armor, and the Motorcycle.

The saved data from the demo will not be transferred to the full game. However, completing the demo before the game’s release will reward players with the following items to enhance vehicles in Spino.

In combat, Belzebub, our protagonist, is a fierce fighter who has access to light and heavy attacks that can be chained both on the ground and in the air. As you progress in the adventure, you will earn points that you can spend to unlock new abilities: you will be able to enhance special abilities, such as the ability to turn your body into metal,” they explain in the press release.

The demo can now be downloaded on PC via Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox. The full game will be available on April 26th.
