Although we don’t have an exact date yet, we already know that Tomb Raider will return to our consoles at some point in 2024. Six years have passed since the last game in the saga’s reboot, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, was released. Now, Crystal Dynamics has wanted to make the wait for the next title more enjoyable by publishing what could be the new design of Lara Croft.
The image has been published on the new Tomb Raider website, but you can also take a look at it below. While Lara’s face strongly resembles the design of the reboot, her outfits take us back to the first Tomb Raider games we could play on PSX.
However, there is nothing to confirm that this is the look that Lara will sport in her next game, currently in development. We know little about this game; the only information we have is from leaks that took place years ago. In these leaks, it was revealed that Lara Croft would take on the role of mentor to a group of young, inexperienced explorers.
The truth is that in the new Tomb Raider page, fans are asked to join the Society of Raiders. Will the rumors be true?
