According to internal reports, the next RAV4 will be unveiled this summer and promises significant improvements in both design and technology.

Toyota wants to take advantage of the electric pull with its RAV4

The next generation of the RAV4 is expected to use an improved TNGA-K platform, which will allow the SUV to be slightly larger than the current model, providing more interior space.

In addition, a revamped design is anticipated that will follow the trends of other recent Toyota models, such as the Prius and the Camry, with a focus on a more modern and sporty style.

The details about the interior technology are promising, with a new infotainment system that will include compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with additional features such as a heads-up display, panoramic roof, and wireless charger.

In terms of powertrains, the new RAV4 would offer several options, including internal combustion engines (ICE), hybrids (HEV), plug-in hybrids (PHEV), and a possible electric variant (EV).
