When a Salesforce page is opened, the extension checks if it is a flow, and if so, it retrieves the flow metadata/definition using the Salesforce tooling API. This information is then sent to OpenAI for further analysis and explanation. For other types of Salesforce pages, the extension collects the page contents and sends them to OpenAI for summarization.
