For free, this is rock solid. Bring it up, tap to start recording, and it does exactly that. You're still bound to the quality of the mic already in your phone, and to how good the area you're trying to record in sounds, but that's not the app's fault. It can be kind of a pain to get at the files it records though, but once you look up where it hides them in the file structure on your phone that's no big deal. Nothing special here, but nothing wrong either. Just solid, and worth the price. More
