Shpock Boot Sale & Classifieds App. Buy & Sell
This app is a really great alternative to some of the better-known selling apps. I've bought and sold on here and the transactions are safe and secure. As a seller, there is a lot more freedom than there is with other selling app.s More

I didn't know they have apps for that.

In an age of changing tastes and styles within individual personalities, thredUP is a life-saver. I have personally used this site myself, and the app displays all the features that I adore. The ability to both search for gently used name brand clothing to buy, but also to sell that which I no longer use. It allows those on a fixed income to still be able to boast a large and alternating wardrobe, with easy to use search methods, genres of clothing and apparel, and a clean interface. More

This app is very popular when it comes to second hand items. There are many similar apps. There is a large amount of people giving the app high praise. More

Thread up is literally the BEST buy and sell app out there to get high quality, second hand clothing! LOVE this app - it's easy to find items that fit your exact sizing needs, and they have constant new stuff rotating through their "store" for you to purchase. Have things you want to sell? Use their "Clean Out" kit! Oh yeah - and shipping is free when you purchase $79 or more, and you can return for up to 30 days. More

Lazy answer. I'm really looking for an app that feels more like it was made for a phone and not a website that has an app as an afterthought.

Carousell has been really useful in helping me get rid of a lot of clutter around my house. I've kind of lost faith in eBay because of scammers and various shady practices. It's nice to find a convenient online marketplace as an alternative and that marketplace is through Carousell. It's very simple and easy to use. I snap a picture of what I want to sell, upload, set the product condition, price, and I'm good to go. I like how I can chat with perspective buyers. This applies when I'm browsing for items to buy too. The search is easy and categorize so that someone like me who isn't too tech savvy can figure out what I'm looking for right away. Carousell has become a home screen app for me and it's definitely my go to daily when I'm checking on what I put up as well as browsing for what might be useful as gifts. More

Carousell is a very nice app. It's hard to call it the best because I think it's dependent on the area you live in. If your area is hip to this app, then this is way better to use than others. But if it's not popular locally, then this will merely be a nicely designed app that isn't very useful. If the popularity of it continues to rise, it will begin to rival some of the better known secondhand apps. More
Letgo is a fast-growing mobile marketplace to buy and sell locally. Quickly sell things you list on Letgo and find deals nearby like electronics, games, clothes, cars, furniture, décor and many more. Users can also chat with others locally.

It's a decent sale app but I am not so sure about the people using this app. I feel a little safer using ebay. I have encountered some people who I did not want to do business with, and I think it's because the app is so easy to use that it attracts all kinds of people who maybe shouldn't be using it. The platform is nice though and it is easy to list things. More

I've used this app to sell a few old items around the house. Letgo is competent at what it does and has a lot of users. You can definitely move some items with it. However, just like any second hand market place you have to be careful who you sell to. More
