TikTok knows no limits. The social network’s popularity is on the rise, but that hasn’t stopped it from becoming the target of all criticism (from users and government agencies). Meanwhile, a lesser-known application is emerging as a possible alternative: Zigazoo.
Zigazoo aims to offer a safe place for children of the Alpha Generation (those born between 2010 and 2024) to connect with friends and acquaintances. To achieve this, Zigazoo has taken certain special measures such as the removal of comment boxes and only allows the use of positive connotation emojis. Additionally, if a user wants to respond to a video, they must create their own. This is intended to discourage anyone who wants to actively incite hatred on the platform.

Zigazoo, the social network that bets on positivity
This new social network has received funding from important figures such as Jimmy Kimmel, the NBA, and Serena Williams, among others. It also has the support of famous TikTokers like Charli D’Amelio and Jack Wright, which is quite impressive.
Zigazoo presents itself as the ultimate alternative to TikTok, although it has a tough challenge to succeed. Despite threats of bans and prohibitions, it is unlikely that we will see TikTok disappear from the scene in the near future. The platform was launched on March 25th for both Android and iOS. Will you give it a try?
