Social networks are the most revealing when it comes to communicating details about videogames, movies, series, etc. It is not the first time -and it will not be the last- that an actor talks more than the account through his Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc. profiles, and comments information about what he is working on. The one taking place now has a clear protagonist: Steve Blum.

It is likely that for some he is an unknown, but Blum is the voice actor of Wolverine in his English version in many of his productions. And this is where all the alarms go off: the actor has uploaded to Instagram a video where he comes out decked out in the typical motion and facial capture suit, all in a recording room and with the front camera picking up his expressions. The video can be seen below:

It didn’t take long for users to tie things up and believe that the session belongs to the future Insomniac Games game, the one that will have Wolverine as the main protagonist. It is true that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will have to be released first, but the next title that the American studio is preparing has our mutant as the main character (and the dates fit completely with the recording process).

Despite the illusions, another important fact should be noted. Blum is also known for his work on Mortal Kombat as Sub-Zero. Considering that Mortal Kombat 12 was recently announced, the chances of him being the fighter are also there.

One thing or another, what we know is that the NDA prevents him from commenting on which video game it is, but everything points to it being one of these two, especially considering that his work on Marvel’s Midnight Suns has already ended.
