In the latest issue of Ultimate Spider-Man, Peter Parker experiences a new twist in his life as a superhero while navigating his family life with Mary Jane and their children. The recent episode highlights the conflict between his duties as a hero and his role as a father, which could drastically change the family dynamic.

Ultimate Spider-Man #13, written by Jonathan Hickman with illustrations by Marco Checchetto and colors by Matthew Wilson, begins with the revelation that Peter has been replaced by an artificial intelligence suit. This suit not only imitates Peter but has also taken an active role in raising his son, Richard, whom it is teaching to be Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Peter and his friend Harry Osborn have been captured by Kraven, a member of the Sinister Six, and taken to the Savage Land.

Kraven has orchestrated a deadly trap that tests both Spider-Man’s abilities and Peter’s capacity to protect Harry, who is powerless. This scenario creates increasing tension in the narrative, especially given the fact that Richard, despite not having powers of his own, begins to find his way as a young hero. However, the real challenge arises when Felicia Hardy, also known as Black Cat and part of the Sinister Six, seeks revenge against Spider-Man.
