For millions of users, AliExpress remains an attractive platform due to its low prices and vast product selection. However, dealing with order issues or misunderstandings with sellers can be frustrating. Whether you’re facing delivery delays, missing items, or refund concerns, knowing how to contact AliExpress customer service effectively is essential.
Use the chat for immediate help
The fastest method is the online chat on the AliExpress website or mobile app. You’ll first interact with “Eva,” the automated chatbot. While she can solve basic queries, typing “talk to agent” or “human agent” may help escalate your issue to a real person. To access the chat, go to the “Customer Service” section at the bottom of the homepage or tap “Help Center” in the app.
Contact the seller directly
If your issue involves a specific product, reach out to the seller through the order page. Writing in English improves communication, especially since most sellers are based in China. If the conversation doesn’t resolve the problem, you can open a formal dispute directly from the order details.
Consider using WhatsApp or email
After making a purchase, you might see a “Follow us on WhatsApp” prompt. This option links your inquiry with your account anonymously. You can also write to AEbuyerservice@aliexpress.com, though the response will be in English and may take time.
Try social media or PayPal as a last resort
AliExpress Spain has official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X, where private messages often receive replies. If you paid with PayPal and your issue remains unresolved, you can also open a claim through PayPal’s resolution center, offering an extra layer of protection.
