The fourth season of Invincible is underway and a quick release is expected, possibly in March or April 2026. Production has shown significant progress, including the start of voice work, according to statements from J.K. Simmons, who returns as Omni-Man. This year, the series promises an action-packed chapter in which Mark Grayson, played by Steven Yeun, will face much greater challenges, especially with the threat of the Viltrumite War.
A new darker season
Mark will become darker in this new installment, ready to eliminate any threat that puts his family at risk. As the series progresses, viewers can anticipate an epic showdown between Mark and Omni-Man, who will have to join forces to face their most formidable enemies. The events of the third season have left multiple plot threads that will be explored in depth in the fourth, including the return of monsters like Conquest and the danger posed by the GDA.
Robert Kirkman, creator of Invincible, has indicated that the series could extend for several more seasons, with plans to adapt the complete story from the comics. Kirkman also hinted at a possible renewal for a fifth season, although it has not yet been officially confirmed. Key actors like Atom Eve and Allen the Alien will also have significant roles, enriching the developing narrative.
Although trailers or teasers have not yet been released, they are expected to arrive three to four months before the premiere. The series remains exclusive to Prime Video members, which requires an active Amazon Prime subscription. The high expectations among fans for the fourth season suggest that Invincible continues to be a cornerstone in the platform’s content offering, especially after the success of its third season.
