Remember that mysterious teaser trailer Rovio released last week with an Angry Bird in a suit of armor? The game will apparently be a turn-based role-playing game called Angry Birds Epic.
According to Kotaku, the game will focus around turn-based combat and an “extensive crafting system.” It’s highly likely that Rovio will release the game for free with in-app purchases like it did with Angry Birds Go!.

Players will be able to craft items like armor, potions, and weapons. Those who don’t want to wait to craft items can buy them instead.
The game will release this week in Canada and Australia as a test before before a world-wide launch. The global launch date is still a mystery but we do know it will arrive on Android, iOS, and Windows Phone 8.
