Amazon Prime Video has become one of the most important streaming platforms today. It has managed to surpass Netflix in audience data in Spain and has made it to the top of the most-watched internationally, investing more than any other service in series as expensive as Citadel or The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.

Now, it has also decided to carry out live programs that mimic television and update classic formats. This is the case with Operación Triunfo, the most popular reality show in the history of Spain, which has moved from RTVE to Prime in a much more modern format that resonates perfectly with its young audience.

Starting this week, everything about Operación Triunfo 2023 is now available on Amazon Prime Video. Gala 0 has been there since its inauguration, and a new gala is expected to be added every week, broadcast live on Monday nights. But that’s not all we have in OT. It also comes with a live format, allowing you to see what happens in the academy at all times, a post-gala hosted by streamer Masi, and daily summaries by Xuso Jones.

All of this comes with many novelties, such as Chenoa as a presenter or new teachers at the Academy, adding to what already worked perfectly in previous OT editions. It’s clear that Amazon Prime Video knows how to handle such an important product, and everything seems to indicate that it will become its new home for a long time after disappearing from public television’s lineup.
