Sometimes life gives us good news. And today is one of those days, as The Fall Guy is one of the most irreverent and funniest movies that will be released this year in theaters. I’m going to see it on the same day of its premiere, just letting you know.

Ryan Gosling has changed his swimsuit, which has earned him an Oscar nomination, for his acrobatics in the chaotic trailer of The Fall Guy, presented during Sunday’s Super Bowl.

A movie that will be impossible to take seriously

This is the second glimpse we get of the upcoming action comedy from Bullet Train director David Leitch, starring Gosling as the unsettling specialist Colt Seavers.

And amidst the pandemonium of this trailer, tough guy Seavers has a moment of tranquility crying in his car to the rhythm of Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well”. Yes, one would say it doesn’t make much sense, but it seems that the singer has to appear in any product that aims to succeed.

Inspired by the 80s TV series, The Fall Guy follows Seavers in a job directed by his ex, Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt) and starring the big action star Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), who suddenly disappears.

The Fall Guy was not the only great trailer that was presented during the match. We were also able to see the first great trailer of “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” and also the SHOGUN series. The Fall Guy will arrive in theaters on May 3rd.
