Ahsoka continues to move forward as one of the most important series of the moment. The new Star Wars series has been aired for three episodes on Disney Plus and promises to be one of the best fictions in its universe. But, as the chapters advance, new doubts arise about some of its characters and plots that are yet to be resolved.

One of the latest debates surrounding Ahsoka is based on who is Inquisitor Marrok, a character whose identity is a mystery. Marrok seems to be a former member of the Empire’s Inquisition, but no one knows exactly who he is, so fans have begun to theorize about it.

Is time travel coming to Star Wars?

The theories are generally pretty crazy. Some fans believe it’s Ezra Bridger himself, the protagonist of Star Wars Rebels, after falling to the dark side of the Force. Others believe it is a clone of Kanan Jarrus, and others point to Galen Marek (Starkiller), a character from the Star Wars video games who has not yet jumped into the canon of the saga.

But the craziest theory, and the one that could change the course of Star Wars the most, is that Marrok is actually Jacen Syndulla. He is the son of Hera and Kanan Jarrus, and he just made his live-action debut in the series after appearing in the finale of Star Wars: Rebels.

However, how could this be possible? The boy is barely 10 years old, so this is where the craziest theory comes in: he can time travel. Jacen, who wanted to be a Jedi, would have fallen into the jaws of the dark side as he grows up, eventually returning to the past to resolve unfinished business. This would resemble Kylo Ren’s story in Star Wars… only time travel.
