The cancellation of these glasses should not be interpreted as a complete failure. According to Steve Jobs’ philosophy, Apple has maintained a high standard by canceling projects that do not meet its expectations. Despite internal concerns about the direction of the project, the decision to cancel the Mac-connected glasses points to a strategy more focused on meeting the company’s demanding quality standards.
