HBO Max is now Max in the United States. The Warner Bros. Discovery streaming platform, which features all HBO series plus other originals like future spin-offs of The Batman, is changing its name worldwide, but several months have passed since it was announced and we hadn’t seen that change yet.
Now, we have a definitive date for when HBO Max will be renamed simply Max worldwide: February 27th. In a month, we will have to update our apps and get used to the new interface that will come loaded with new Warner content.
A new platform with the same content
As reported by the company, “Max will invite consumers to find their favorite stories or discover a new passion. It will feature a collection of content that includes iconic Warner Bros. Discovery brands in Latin America, including HBO, Warner Bros., the DC universe, Discovery, Discovery Home & Health, ID, Cartoon Network, Discovery Kids, and Adult Swim”.
