Elon Musk already warned that he would take legal action against advertisers who did not advertise on X… and said and done: the former Twitter has sued Twitch today. To be exact, Musk’s company has incorporated the famous streaming platform into the lawsuit already filed in August of this year.

According to this information, Twitter lashes out at Twitch for illegally conspiring by not inserting advertising within the social network. After all, this is the original information from the August lawsuit, when X claimed that “billions of dollars in advertising revenue” had been “collectively halted” (which were supposedly going to the social network).

The architects of this hypothetical retention were the members of the Global Alliance for Responsible Media and the World Federation of Advertisers. The first of these, the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, was a non-profit initiative that provided guidelines on brand safety or if there was incitement to hatred. Due to everything received, it closed a few days after the lawsuit was filed.

The second one, the World Federation of Advertisers, had better luck and is indeed standing up to X in court. Not long ago, they pointed out at the time that “they would demonstrate their full adherence to competition rules in all their activities.”

Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, continues his particular crusade against all those companies that supposedly boycott him. The courts will decide if this is the case… or not. It should be noted that this is not the first time – nor will it be the last – that Elon Musk is summoned by the justice system for his multiple actions.
