While these lack integration with the Cisco ecosystem, it is not a requirement for all companies. 

Another drawback is the lack of a client for Linux. Solutions like Zoho Assist or TeamViewer support a broader range of systems. TeamViewer, for example, supports Linux and ChromeOS clients as well.

AnyDesk lacks some of the advanced features, such as AI functionality, found in TeamViewer or Cisco Webex Support.
