More about Password Spectator

About the download, Password Spectator is a light program that requires less free space than many software in the category Security software. It's very heavily used in United States, India, and Brazil.

Since the software joined our selection of software and apps in 2005, it has obtained 62,896 downloads, and last week it achieved 36 downloads.

The current version of the software is 1.40 and was updated on 10/14/2004. It's available for users with the operating system Windows 95 and previous versions, and it is available in English.

This software lets you "see" what is behind the asterisks, so you can see your actual password when you need it. The software comes in two versions - Lite and Pro. Password Spectator Lite is a freeware program and works only for websites if you have Internet Explorer 5.0 or above. Password Spectator Pro works both with Internet sites and with software applications that require entering passwords.

This software works with the vast majority of applications; the only exceptions are the programs that actually "store" asterisks behind the asterisks.

    Didn't work on Windows 8.
Doesn't work form me on Windows 8, it either produces errors or says password was not found. I think this program is purely for OLD versions of Windows
