Terrible support and missleading feature set.
I have owned this program for 7 months and it has been buggy and full of problems. The biggest issue is that the company locked many of the "user forms" so they are not able to be changed beyond inputting the name of your practice, number etc.In order to change many of the forms you must call the sales company and get quoted for a costly "customization". The company also tries to sell their online support and backup which are both inferior

Great Software for Psychologist.
I have recommended the software to my colleagues and they love it too. I love the technical support. I was having trouble with something around 11pm one night, I connect with the support portal (http://support.mdansby.com) and they help me resolve my issue. They saved me because I wanted to post patient bills that night.
Pros:
I have been using the software for over 6 years now and I still love it. The price is $200, you can find the same functionality with others costing over $7000. It?s a no brainier. Unless you are invested or working for the competitor. Cons:
No cons, the support is great and friendly. Yes, there are no refunds but you get phone, email and remote access support with the software.

Mdansby promised a working program for social work practice management, but not until I paid for it. I paid for it and they never provided a link for electronic billing and did not return my money. Do not do business with mdansby.
