Panzer-ing to the masses
Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War feels like an odd half step between a third-person, cover-based shooters and a gallery shooter. Set during World War II you must fight the Axis forces as you battle through the games various locations and dramatic set pieces.
With plenty of free-to-play business model hidden underneath its military aesthetic (you will find yourself being asked to buy bazookas and grind for grenades), can this shooter keep up the pace once you are asked to pay?
- Nice short burst levels
- Good touchscreen controls
- Lots of locations and a nice look
- Free-to-play stunts flow
- Short levels and grinding frustrate on long play sessions
- A bit clean
