Cons: List of features a bit too overwhelming. No trial version offered. Artwork size cannot be specified. Spartan interface.

Pros: The hotkey shortcuts make this tool highly convenient. Skip back by as little as one second. Adjust the playback speed to as slow as 0.1x. Also works as a great transcribing tool.

Cons: Finding the English language settings is not easy. AB loops would have made this app better. Customization hotkeys would have been nice. The ability to snip and quick-save is needed.

Pros: Accurate high-gain effects and amps. Supports multiple displays and UI panels. Modern recording capabilities. Built-in high-precision metronome and tuner.

Cons: Good on paper, not so much on execution. Can be unresponsive at times. Unstable developer support. Presets aren’t always reliable.

Pros: The menu and conversion tool is very easy to understand. Does not hog your CPU when processing. Has a fair number of output file options. See a preview of your video before converting.

Cons: Does not use multiple-cores to speed things up. It should allow SWF file conversions. Rather slow when converting HD files. Cannot recover your place if you stop converting half way.
