Cons: Finding the English language settings is not easy. AB loops would have made this app better. Customization hotkeys would have been nice. The ability to snip and quick-save is needed.

Cons: Does not use multiple-cores to speed things up. It should allow SWF file conversions. Rather slow when converting HD files. Cannot recover your place if you stop converting half way.
