"I used to have an activity tracker but it only focused on fitness and sleep. This is way better, I feel like it keeps my health on track, in both physical and mental ways. These are hard times we're living, and since I've been using Spire I've been feeling better, more centered.,.. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!"

"One of my goals in 2018 is to practice being more mindful. After reading several research studies, I found that there are several benefits to practicing mindfulness in your daily life. One of the best ways to practice mindfulness is by simply meditating. I have a busy, on the go type of life, and while I do usually have some free time in the evenings, I can't always schedule time out of my day at home. I downloaded "Stop Breathing & Think" and it's been a wonderful solution. Now, I can meditate on my commute into work, during my lunch break, or even in between meetings at my desk!"

"Stop Breathe & Think: Meditate shows you that meditation doesn't always have to be so serious. The game uses stickers and badges to reward your progress in your mindfulness journey. You can check in at any time and find different guided meditations to suit your mood."
