PromElle is the first (and as far as I know the only) app that offers a great way to recycle teenage fashion. Using the free app, teen girls can rent or buy like-new, used clothes from their peers. The app has a great collection of amazing formal dresses and every day clothes. As a mom, I think this is a fantastic idea as my teens are always looking for new clothes and constantly buying new is expensive. Also, I can now get them to clean out their closet and make some money in the bargain! More
