That Pokémon is Eevee, because it is always Eevee

In the world of Pokémon GO, players earn experience points through various activities, such as catching Pokémon, evolving them, battling against Team GO Rocket recruits, and participating in raids. However, the path to level 42 has become a true challenge for many trainers, especially due to the central role that Eevee plays in the required missions. One player in particular has accumulated 148 million experience points but remains stuck at level 41, which has sparked a vibrant dialogue within the community.
An absurd amount of experience due to an absurd design decision
To advance to level 42, a player needs to earn 7.5 million experience points, but evolving Eevee has become a real challenge. This is because to complete one of the missions, players must evolve it into all its forms, which can be hindered by the need for rare items and the random nature of some of its evolutions, such as Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. Although there is a trick to ensure a specific evolution by renaming Eevee before its evolution, this method is only effective once.
Frustration has led several users to share their own similar experiences on social media, creating a sense of camaraderie among those also stuck at level 41. Although it has been suggested that the player may also be dealing with other complicated missions, the community seems to agree that Eevee’s evolutions are largely responsible for this blockage. This phenomenon has highlighted the complexity of the game, especially among players looking to reach the highest levels.
As the community continues to debate this obstacle, players hope that future game updates can mitigate the difficulty presented by Eevee, allowing more trainers to progress without so many setbacks.
