Since Adobe has integrated Artificial Intelligence into its programs, the processes for designers and editors have become much simpler and more practical. This is something that stands out especially in Photoshop, where photographers are finding it easier and easier to get their images perfect in just a few seconds.
Beyond tools like Generative Fill, which allows you to add any element you can imagine to the images you are editing, Adobe has recently added an incredible feature to its software. Called AI-Powered Distraction Removal, it promises to revolutionize the workflow of photographers and editors like never before. But what exactly does the tool do?
Eliminate distractions and create your perfect image
Something very, very common in photography, especially when capturing large cities or working in photojournalism, is the inclusion of elements that we don’t want to be in our images. Editors, until today, have had to spend hours and hours removing people who don’t belong in the image, cables that clutter the photo, or backgrounds that make it much less appealing.
However, thanks to AI-Powered Distraction Removal, in just a few clicks you can eliminate any distraction that causes the focus of your image to be misplaced. The new tool uses Adobe Sensei’s artificial intelligence to detect and remove distractions, always without compromising image quality, and its results are incredible.
Using this tool couldn’t be easier. You just need to access the editing menu of Photoshop and select the tool of the same name from the AI-powered options. From there, just click on the elements to remove and let the AI do its job. Afterwards, of course, you can make any adjustments you want, although the truth is that the results are usually outstanding.
