Diablo III: Reaper of Souls coming 2014

A new expansion for Diablo III has been announced. Diablo III: Reaper of Souls debuted at this year’s BlizzCon convention where Blizzard will show off their new games and expansions for the upcoming year.

New in this expansion is Adventure Mode where you can complete quests for XP and gold. There’s also the new Naphalem Rifts, which teleport you to a challenge room where you’ll have to take on a “Rift Guardian” in a boss battle. There’s also a new call, The Crusader, a heavy class with tons of armor and heavy weapons. Of course, there are new environments and enemies for you to battle.

Diablo III: Reaper of Souls is scheduled for release in 2014 but Blizzard has not provided a more specific date. The game will be released on Mac and PC and you can find the system requirements for each platform here. Blizzard says the system requirements are subject to change as the game’s release date approaches.
