Everyone is looking forward to playing Hogwarts Legacy, and many others are already doing so thanks to early access. But where some see a world full of magic, where they can visit every corner of Harry Potter‘s world and enjoy the magical world of the 19th century, others just want to watch the world burn.

Networks like TikTok, Twitter or Instagram are filling up with people making memes about using “Avada Kedavra” on the NPCs of the game. Avada Kedavra is the deadly spell of the saga, used by Voldemort and the Death Eaters, but the internet (as it always does) has turned it into a meme.

The videos in which this spell appears, however, are not from Hogwarts Legacy. Some are from a mod for Blade and Sorcery, a Virtual Reality title that received great reviews at the time. And others are directly from the movies.

Still, both Avada Kedavra and the other two forbidden spells, Crucio and Imperius, are available in the game (although only at a certain level and in certain areas). Thus, it is not surprising that in the coming days we will see more videos of these spells in Hogwarts Legacy.

We leave you with some of the most LOL videos we have found. The first ones are from @mfgamesbr, a Portuguese video game account:

Others use Voldemort as the executor of their Avada Kedavra, but they are no slouches either:

And, well, others put more imagination into their videos:

But, in case you were wondering what a real Avada Kedavra looks like in Hogwarts Legacy, here it is:
