There are only a few days left until we receive among us the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection VOL 1. Just a few hours ago, we told you here how much each video game will weigh, but now we bring you another piece of news related to the saga that is impressive: Metal Gear Solid will sound and be heard in Spanish again.

Thanks to the initiative taken by Metal Gear Solid Castellano, a group of fans is going to dub up to 40 scenes from the games Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Solid V, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops, and Metal Gear Rising into Spanish. As it is well known, none of these titles had Spanish dubbing, as the only installment that came entirely in our language was the first one for PlayStation 1.

The premiere of the first scenes will take place this coming October 24th on their YouTube channel and will feature the presence of multiple actors and actresses who were in the original game, such as Alfonso Vallés, Quique Hernández, Anna María Camps, or Vicente Gil as Solid Snake, Otacon, Meryl, and Roy Campbell, respectively.

But the surprises don’t end here. The best voice actors in Spain have joined this project selflessly, so figures like Claudio Serrano, David Jenner, Rafael Azcárraga, Hénar Álvarez, Elena de Lara, Airún Oliveros, Enrique Carmona, Isaac Martín, or HacheDoblaje will also be present.

This initiative is coordinated by Nacho Torres and José Mellinas, with the collaboration of José Ramón RdC, Antonio M. Z., Raúl “Kojiman,” Enrique T. J., and Roberto Bartolomé. They are all huge fans of the Konami series, which is why they wanted to gift this impressive tribute to other members of the community. On behalf of one, eternal thanks.
