At least in the sense that it allows you to post messages for other players to see

The Skyrim Together team has introduced an innovative mod called Ghosts of Tamriel for Oblivion Remastered, which allows players to share interactive messages within the game, similar to the mechanics found in the Dark Souls series. This mod, which requires an internet connection, offers adventurers the opportunity to leave hints or jokes for other players, thus contributing to an enriched community experience in the vast world of Tamriel.
Converting Oblivion into Dark Souls is not something we would have thought
According to the description on NexusMods, messages from other players will appear as floating stones in the environment, allowing explorers to give tips about hidden caves or, in a characteristic Souls wink, prank them by suggesting there are treasures at the edge of a cliff. This messaging system is inspired by the team’s passion for multiplayer mods and reinforces the idea that games can be a shared social experience.
Despite the fact that Oblivion Remastered does not officially support modding, the developers have pointed out that the remaster is, in essence, the same game with a new version. This leaves open the possibility of a multiplayer mod in the future. The Skyrim Together team has expressed their enthusiasm for this idea, although they have acknowledged that the implementation of such a mod may be more complicated than it seems.
Bethesda has shown consistent support for modders who have been recreating Oblivion within Skyrim for over a decade, suggesting a positive relationship between the company and the modding community. In an interesting turn, a team member has expressed their excitement for the Skyblivion project, reflecting the growing interest in remasters and recreations within the video game industry, especially in light of the uncertainty surrounding the release of The Elder Scrolls 6.
