Three major Call of Duty games are coming to Xbox Cloud

Call of Duty fans playing on Xbox are in luck: Microsoft will bring three games from the saga to Xbox Cloud Gaming. One of them is the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which will also be available on the service from its release day (October 25).

Alongside Black Ops 6, players will also be able to enjoy Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone, both available on October 25. This will be the first time that the franchise’s games are available on Xbox Cloud, a service we can use if we are subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate.

If this is your case, you will be able to play Black Ops 6 from a wide variety of devices, such as the Amazon Fire TV, any mobile, and even the Meta Quest. You will only need an active Internet connection. On the official blog, they explain that “this offers many more ways to play Black Ops 6 from day one of its release.”

It doesn’t hurt to remember that Ubisoft holds the streaming rights for Activision Blizzard games as part of the company’s purchase agreement. Even so, it seems that Ubisoft has licensed it to Microsoft, although it could also do so with other cloud services. In addition to Xbox Series X/S, Black Ops 6 will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
