Cons: Must have an internet connection to play. Game's difficulty means you might die at first try.

Pros: Excellent city builder. Doesn't force you to use premium currency. Addictive gameplay.

Pros: Excellent use of the themes from the movie. Tongue-in-cheek, silly fun. Challenging gameplay tailored to casual and serious gamers.

Cons: Required connection restricts its use on the move. Lack of depth may limit lasting appeal. Default colors are hard to distinguish.

Pros: Great presentation. Generous opening "bank". Simple gameplay interface.

Cons: Same as all the rest. Once your money is gone, there are constant prompts to spend.

Pros: Great mix of macro and micro tactics. Sliders to aim and move add real skill to combat. Great range of units. Fantastic experience for naval combat and WW2 enthusiasts.

Cons: Really one for genre fans. Not always the most visually impressive game. Takes some time to get the feel for it. Only for iPad.

Pros: Good graphics and sound. Good mix of strategy and action.

Cons: Small community of players. Requires in-app purchases to upgrade tanks.

Pros: Plenty of game for free. Great visuals and audio keep with the 40K style. Blends a range of strategy mechanics. Intuitive touch controls (at least on larger screens).

Cons: Additional items and classes take time or money to unlock. Selecting actions and movements can be fiddly. Learning every card and move takes a lot of time. Multiplayer not available yet.
