Pros: Enables you to manage your. Integration with iPod Touch and iPhone. Allows you to transfer items from Google Reader to your list. Supports offline and online syncing.
Cons: Preferences are a little overwhelming for a Firefox extension. May slow down Firefox while syncing your list.
