Pros: Timers can be aborted. Stop your computer sleeping when busy. Discreet, uncluttered interface. Automatically sleep to save power.

Cons: Certain applications can block sleep function. Downloads halted when computer sleeps. Very basic user interface. No option to sleep the display only.

Pros: Lots of channels to choose from. Suggests related channels that might interest you. Can automatically download channels. Excellent HD support.

Cons: A lot of content only available to US users on Hulu. Interface and content a bit overwhelming. Could do with being slightly better organized.

Pros: Extract individual elements of SWF file. View source code. Easy to understand interface. Export elements to multiple file formats.

Cons: Cannot work with password protected files. Not many features for the price. Learning curve is a little steep. Decompiled source code can be difficult to understand.

Pros: Open-source availability. Highly adaptable but compact core. Supports Tk 8.5.

Cons: Limited GUI cross-stage toolbox.
