Pros: Works from desktop. Can set predefined event details. Supports different event types. Unobtrusive event entry window.

Cons: Text entry is very restrictive. Must use a default iCal calendar. Repeat events can't be given end date. Not much quicker than using iCal directly.

Pros: Unintrusive Apple Mail plugin. Works with shortcuts.

Cons: Rules and drag and drop already let you do this.

Pros: Easy to use and powerful both. Runs fast. Usable on Maverick and Yosemite. Cross-device usability.

Cons: No updates. Generally needs high resolution. Some options unavailable in Edit menu. Doesn't display non-text files in Browse.

Pros: Features a range of atmospheric settings.. Includes a number of minigames to master..

Cons: Storyline assumes that you have played the earlier instalments.. Younger players may find certain aspects too creepy..
