Cons: Finding the English language settings is not easy. AB loops would have made this app better. Customization hotkeys would have been nice. The ability to snip and quick-save is needed.

Pros: Easy to use. Extremely handy for recording live lectures. Fail safe to mitigate loss of recording. Active app support.

Cons: Doesn’t support multiple recording sources. Sound could be faint at times. Doesn’t seamlessly record multiple audios at the same time. Doesn’t allow audio playback volume.

Cons: Very basic in both use and appearance. Indexing functions may have made longer tracks more workable. The ability to add or mix tracks would be helpful. Synchronized note and audio recording is tricky.

Cons: Free apps do a similar job. High sample frequency settings use up lots of memory. Some back up errors detected. Files only saved chronologically by default.
