Cons: Player is very basic with few options. Requires an internet connection to aquire license. Can be unstable and buggy.
Pros: Elegant and easy to use interface. Lots of blog customisation possible. Many plug-ins to choose from. Dashboard is well designed. Tons of themes to choose from.
Cons: Can be picky with multimedia content. Requires your own server to upload to. Uploading and installing plugins can be tricky sometimes.
