Strategy (1190 programs)
Pros: Procedurally-generated sectors. Can pause in the middle of combat. High replayability. Automatically get the free expansion.
Cons: Pure permadeath. Difficulty scales really high. Unpolished graphics.
Pros: Stunning design and world building. Accessible, but deep strategy combat. Wonderful, if depressing, narrative.
Cons: Random deaths will annoy perfectionists. Personally, I would love more voice work.
Pros: Explicit LGBT+ and bara representation within a strategy RPG. High-quality character illustrations from LGBT and furry artists. Tactical depth via class synergies and deployment costs. Frequent story chapters, limited events, and new characters.
Cons: Gacha 'Scout' recruitment depends on limited-time banners. R18+ adult content restricts the audience to adults. Initial launch had technical and balance concerns.
Pros: Detailed political simulation. More than 200 different countries at play. Great graphics and interface. Automation of different tasks.
Cons: Stringent hardware and connectivity requirements. Too challenging. Countries enter war for no clear reason. Ridden with glitches.
Pros: Animated capture sequences add humor and spectacle to each clash. SVGA graphics at 640x480 improve sprite detail and movement. Symphonic orchestral soundtrack reinforces the medieval atmosphere. Multiple difficulty levels let solo players scale the challenge.
Cons: Computer opponent is weaker than modern chess engines. Designed for local two-player matches, no online multiplayer support. Cinematic captures lengthen match time for quick-play sessions.
Pros: Can be played in offline mode. Offers 5 different regions to play with 15 levels each. Can also be played in consoles. Fun and interactive gameplay.
Cons: Reconstructing the same room in each level is tedious.
Pros: Fast-paced, frantic gameplay. Plenty of tasks to keep you occupied. Addictive, incremental gameplay. 60 level story mode.
Cons: Gameplay is very repetitive and shallow. Story mode levels are all very similar. Different levels of customers simply have different (shorter) timers attached to their temper. Game can sometimes fail to register taps correctly.
