Pros: Lets you send direct messages in your desktop Instagram. Allows upload and download of Instagram stories. IGTV upload and viewing. Low CPU/RAM/Bandwidth consumption.
Cons: Does not allow cropping. The DM feature sometimes does not work. Some bug issues.
