Pros: New interface, much easier to use. Excellent tutorial and ready-to-use templates. Great Brainstorming tool. Exports to a bunch of formats.

Cons: You can't use drag-and-drop to add new topics. Formatting map elements is uncomfortable.

Pros: Shows mail snippets. Can set Gmail as default email client.

Cons: Can only check one account. No automatic check.
