Cons: Doesn’t help you install codecs. Can only preview AVI.

Cons: No common launcher.
Pros: Fast conversion process. Easy options to manage your converted video.
Cons: The GUI could be a bit more refined. It's a shame it doesn't work with DVDs.
Pros: Output html, flv or swf. Effect and overlay, players.
Cons: Slow. Doesn't support Mpeg audio.
