Despite the excellency that Netflix brings, there can be many factors as to why someone might choose to cancel their account. Perhaps they are switching to a different streaming service, or maybe they just can’t afford it anymore. Whatever the case, Netflix definitely doesn’t want you to leave. While the actual cancellation process is pretty simple, finding the cancellation can be a little difficult. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you leave Netflix behind (even if just for a little while).
Step 1: Log into your Netflix account on a PC
Step 2: Click “Account” under the top right dropdown menu

Step 3: Click “Cancel Membership”

Step 4: Click “Finish Cancellation”

You should be aware that Netflix, like many online services, may attempt to offer you a deal to prevent you from cancelling your account. This deal is perfectly safe to take, so it’s up to you to decide whether you want to take it or continue with the cancellation. The deal is likely an offer to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
