Leaked Images Reveal Upgraded Design and Features of the 2025 Jeep Compass

Jeep is gearing up for the highly anticipated reveal of its new Compass, set to take place this spring in Europe. Ahead of the official debut, a series of leaked images have provided a sneak peek at several variants, including an eagerly awaited electric version (EV).

This unveiling follows initial teasers from Jeep last October, confirming that the next-generation Compass is part of the brand’s “Freedom of Choice” strategy, which emphasizes a wide array of powertrain options.

The new Compass will be available in fully electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) configurations, catering to a diverse range of consumer preferences.

Production of New Jeep Compass Begins in Italy

Built on Stellantis’s STLA Medium platform, which is shared with models like the Peugeot E-3008 and Opel Grandland, the new SUV promises impressive performance with a potential driving range of up to 700 km (approximately 435 miles) on the Performance pack, while the Standard pack is expected to deliver around 500 km (310 miles) of range.

Despite retaining the iconic Jeep aesthetic highlighted by its traditional seven-slot grille, the Compass boasts modern updates, including vertical LED headlights and a sleek new rear design featuring an illuminated light strip with “Jeep” branding.

Interior images reveal thoughtful touches, such as a drive mode knob, a horizontal infotainment display, and an array of physical buttons for ease of access.

Production for the new Compass will take place at Jeep’s Melfi plant in Italy, with additional manufacturing planned for Brazil. Pricing details are still under wraps, but the 2025 Jeep Compass is expected to start at $26,900 in the United States and approximately €42,995 ($48,500) in Europe for the 4xe PHEV variant. However, it’s worth noting that Stellantis recently froze all activities at its Brampton plant, evaluating future powertrain options for the North American market.
